Orders this item two weeks ago and have still not received it. When I try to track it the package can't be tracked.

We are unable to contact you today regarding this issue. Unfortunately this was part of a consignment that the tracking device malfunctioned on and we have not been given any tracking references for them. Your parcel was dispatched on the 2nd November and the approximate delivery time is 5-7 business days. However due to the contract in place with the US postal service we are unable to raise any investigation for missing items until 15 days have passed. This will bring the date for investigation to the 22nd November. we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and would ask that if this parcel has still not arrived by this date you contact the call centre and we can raise this for you.
