Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Dreadful delivery

Do not use Hermes. My delivery has been with them since November 23rd but still not here yet . Hermes are the worst ever.

Customer Service ? Which way did it go ???

Get a new customer admin system as the current one doesn’t work . Also too much Gant is made in China hence poor quality ….
