Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Excellent quality clothes - website very easy to navigate - orders arrive beautifully presented - made a return and refund transaction done very quickly. I have ordered more garments than are listed below and apart from my returns I was delighted with my purchases. Will continue to be a regular customer of Gant. If I could recomment something it would be that you had a ROI return address to reduce the cost of postage on any returns - this is done by a number of companies now and is very attractive when choosing to shop.
