Funded Trader Markets Beoordelingen

This review is a misleading representation of what actually happened. You did not have $920 of legitimate profit taken away without warning. You requested a $1,000 payout, and a compliance review found three separate categories of prohibited trading activity on your trading account. The resulting adjustments were made to remove profits generated from trades that were not eligible under the program rules. The figures are straightforward: Requested profit: $1,000.00 Minute Holding Time violations: –$87.06 Sequential Trading violations: –$88.84 Partial Close violations: –$744.91 Total ineligible profit: –$920.81 Eligible profit remaining: $79.19 Final payout at your 80% split: $63.35 These were not arbitrary deductions, and they were not made because we simply decided that your profit was "not valid." They were based on specific trades that violated clearly stated program rules. Your claim that you "earned $1,000 without any violation" is therefore incorrect. The compliance review identified violations in the trading activity that generated that profit. Whether the account was previously in a negative balance does not change that. A previous loss does not make subsequently generated profits from prohibited trades eligible for payout. It is also important to address your claim that this was done "without any warning." The rules concerning Minute Holding Time, Sequential Trading and Partial Closes are publicly available and form part of the conditions of the program. You were also provided with a detailed compliance report identifying the relevant trades, timestamps and PnL behind the adjustments. You were given the opportunity to discuss the findings with our team. In fact, you attempted to negotiate the deductions, and our position remained unchanged because the violations were supported by the trading data. You clearly understood what the violations were and why the adjustments were made. Simply disagreeing with the outcome after an unsuccessful negotiation does not turn a valid compliance decision into a payout "problem." It is particularly misleading to describe this as us deducting the profits from your "six months of hard work." The length of time you traded the account is irrelevant to whether individual trades complied with the rules. Rules do not become optional because a trader has spent more time on an account or because the account eventually becomes profitable. We have no issue with you leaving a negative review if you are unhappy with the decision. What we will not accept is presenting a compliance adjustment supported by documented trading data as though your money was arbitrarily taken from you. The evidence was reviewed, the violations were explained, the deductions were calculated from the affected trades, and you were given an opportunity to challenge the decision. You disagreed with the outcome, attempted to negotiate it, and when that did not change our decision, you chose to publish a review that omits the material facts. The facts remain unchanged: the $920.81 was not an arbitrary deduction. It was the removal of profit generated through trades that were found to violate the program rules. The compliance decision stands. The Compliance Team Funded Trader Markets
