Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Poor service

Very poor communication- unable to speak to anyone. Long waits on phone line queue only to find no one actually answers and no facility to leave a message. Long delivery waits.

Another poor UK company.

Rang 5 times, each time over 30 min calls. Emails never answered. Lost my vinyl fitter, due to roll not being delivered. He's now booked up. Don't bother, go somewhere else.
