Over all it is good for me because it includes all expenses that needs to know by a passenger or a customer like if a customer wants to reserve a sit.

service was impeccable, but no hot coffee/tea is absolutely not fair. a huge hold up while waiting to take your seat is; everyone had carry on that was just too big for the wee little overhead bins....
