Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

The people at FBM were kind understanding and helpful, even notifying us that we could have access to the apartment early, they were very Covid aware and prepared so we felt safe and well cared for.

So sorry there was an issue with the TV signal and a couple ofcleaning shortcomings during your stay Miss Stratton. If you'd notified us, we would have asked the cleaning company to go back - we have passed on your comments to them. The later check-in and earlier check-out is to ensure the cleaners have time to disinfect everything and is for everyone's safety. It isn't really a day less - just a few house and is in everyone's best interest.

So sorry there was some dust in one area and the over-sight of a cigarette butt under a piece of furniture Miss Stratton. That should not have been the case and we have told the owner of the company the owner uses for cleaning to speak with his cleaner and to ensure this does not happen again.
