Hi Kaylah, just to manage expectations as mentioned on the pack it is just a hint of flavour, so as not to overpower the coffee. However, the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive so I think there might be something more to this.
Can I ask how you prepared it... With the short or long shot button? Did you follow the instructions on the back of back? The flavour intensity does depend on how you prepare it. I'm sure we can help get to the bottom of this for you once we have this info 😊Thanks, Michael

I prepare it with the short shot button. I dont like strong coffee at all, i just find these flavours of both coffee and baileys quite weak. Ive even tried two pods in the same cup. I think i was just expecting better flavours. It smells nice while its pouring though

Hi Kaylah, thanks for following up with some more feedback. Assuming your short shot is set to the default 40ml extraction, I don't think there is much more we can try. It is a mild coffee with a hint of Baileys flavour and sounds as though you would just like more of both. Two pods in the one cup is way too much flavour for most people from our research, but we all like different things and that what keeps things from being boring :)
If you like strong coffee, I would happily recommend our straight coffee pods, preferably one wit a high intensity rating. Anything more, just let me know. Thanks, Michael

Hi George, thanks for your feedback. While I am glad you have no issues with our service, I am sorry the pods did not meet your expectations. Coffee is very subjective however the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive for this product.
Just to manage expectations as mentioned on the pack it is just a hint of flavour, so as not to overpower the coffee. If you like your coffee strong, I would recommend one of our regular coffee blends, preferably something with a higher intensity. I hope this helps -Michael
