Whilst we predominantly operate online, we find that our customers are able to comment more once they have, say, made a change to their policy or have to make a claim. We do not charge Administration Fees and if there is in increase in the Sum Insured we only charge on a pro-rata basis, i.e. we only make a charge in respect of the increase for the remaining term of the policy. Many of our customers also like the fact that we have an email address: customer.service@eversure.com and can be contacted by phone during normal office hours on 01483 347333....We also aim to be competitive as you kindly commented. Thank you for your kind feedback. We have received similar feedback previously and we explained that “we have positioned our excess amounts to reflect our claims experience and to keep our premiums as low as possible. If we were to reduce the excess amounts, the chances are we would then need to increase our premiums”. We’re really glad that we could help and assure you that you and up to 3 other people may independently hire if; you are named on the policy schedule, as long as only 1 car is hired at a time and everyone lives at the same address. Many thanks for your feedback. The total excess amount we cover is dependent upon whether you have purchased the ‘UK and Europe’ or the ‘UK and Worldwide’ extension. This is primarily due to the higher Excesses that may be encountered outside Europe. We describe our Excess amount as ‘Up to’ in order to keep our summary information brief and as an overview of our Policy. Both the detailed cover information and Policy Wording provide information about the cover levels for 'UK and Europe' and 'UK and Worldwide'.
