No hidden surprises
There was a queue for the paperwork but didn't have to wait too long and there were no hidden surprises. The pick-up area is about 200m from the desk, which would be a pain if it were wet.

Excellent customer service
Very short wait to collect car. Paul was excellent. Lovely to be greeted so happily, he was highly efficient and very quick but he also had the time to explain everything so clearly.

Contact for a hire car in Jersey.
Did not have much contact with anyone as you have to do everything on line which is difficult when you are not good with computers. I did speak to someone on the phone and he was helpful.
