Slow
Responses from customer service were good but slow. Dispatch was supposed to be within 24 hours and ended up taking over a week and only happened because I messaged support again to prompt it.

Plants delivered as promised. A slightly earlier delivery ( 2 to 3 weeks) would have allowed the plants to be grown on a bit earlier in the season, but the plants were in good health and have grown...
