We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately all the airlines these days seem to stick by the rules, however unfair that seems.I know Sara made every possible effort to persuade easyJet to be more generous, spending over an hour on the phone to them and passing on the partial refund before we received it. I agree Sarah did everything she could and more. She was very kind and considered in the circumstances and is an excellent representative of DF. However, that doesn't excuse Easyjet and their commercial behaviour. Because a legal case is not worth it, I nevertheless suspect the outcome from one would not be favourable to anyone exercising such commercial practices. I will use DF in the future. The excellent below is for Sarah/DF and nothing else
