we are sorry you were disappointed with the service. We encourage all our members to tag orders as delivered as soon as possible. It makes sense to let the customer know their gift has arrived. To this end we have provided an app and software to enable quick confirmations. However, we understand at busy times like Christmas week, the florist may not be able to tag as quickly as they normally would.
