As far as I was aware I asked for a balcony ocean deluxe room they booked me a ocean deluxe without balcony and then made out I knew the difference which i didnt. Bit dissapointing. Other than that...

Matt was super efficient and this is our third time with Destination2, would highly recommend this organisation. They advertise some very good deals.
