Staff not friendly.
Made mistakes on date & called to amend but been told to cancel & start again if I want new certificate
I've emailed 2 times & never received reply.

I'm sorry to learn that you felt our staff were not friendly and that you would not be using our services again. We take our customer service very seriously so I would kindly ask you to email me directly at debenhamstravelinsurance@rockinsurance.com, made for the attention of myself with more detail so I can look into this further. If you could also let me know what email address you used to contact us it would be greatly appreciated, as regrettably, we never received any emails from yourself.
