Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Our payment terms are 30% at time of booking with the final balance being due 10 weeks before arrival. If you are booking within 10 weeks of arrival full payment is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.

We had the best holiday at the end of August 2015 in this Croatian villa. The owner was so helpful and the area was so unspoilt and beautiful! Definitely would love to come back again.
