Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Quick and easy

Very easy to get a quote, flexibility was great and one of the cheapest out there! Haven't had to use them to claim for anything yet.

Better the usability of the mobile site

The mobile site was the best, and lessen up on the script and make it more usable.. It makes the phone's slow when selecting the drop down menus..

First ok then spam

So far I did not need it. However near the end of the contract I recieved E-Mails which I consider spam from feefo and the first opt-out did not work. Started about two weeks ago and hopefully it...

I do apologise if you have received emails that you did not want.

I have removed your email from our database so you shouldn't receive anymore marketing/customer service emails from Cover4Insurance.

The only email that you will receive from us in the future will be to notify you when your policy is due for renewal
