Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Online vs phone call

Website cost and over the phone cost differed even though person in phone stated the website quote would be adjusted. Helpful person/S on the phone

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback and I’m glad to hear that you were happy with your telephone experience with our student help centre. Although we try and keep our costs as low as possible we do have to apply a small charge for any telephone bookings to help cover the costs of providing this service. Our help centre team are more than happy to talk people through the booking process over the phone if people wish to save the additional cost of booking over the phone.
