Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Comprehensive but Pricey

Comprehensive coverage, however the premium seemed rather high for the level of cover provided.

Thanks for your feedback, our prices are constantly check to ensure that we are competitive in the market. Our student product is also designed with student lifestyles in mind. As we cover what is known as “Walk In Theft”. "Walk in Theft" cover - basically there doesn't need to be a physical break-in to the property for cover to be in place. So, say somebody comes back with one of your house/flat mates walks into your room and steals an item then you are covered provided you report this to the police. Which maybe why the price might seem a little pricey to you but standard household insurance tends to exclude this type of cover. Kind regards Michael
