Thank you for your review Mr & Mrs Williams, you will receive your certificate for the work usually around 6 weeks after fitting so that should be with you shortly. The other issue I will be passing on to the relevant department for you in regards to acknowledgement once a payment has been received, and we make all our products bespoke which is why we come out to measure for each customer beforehand to ensure that what we are fitting is suitable for their requirements, if you do need anymore help in regards to this do contact me directly as we do take all issues on board and want to ensure customer satisfaction. They mostly did well but failed to return and clean up the cement marks left on an adjoining wall despite me telling three of their employees and being told they would rectify the problem.
