Poor as E ticket not sent till 24hrs before journey, we don' all have smart phones and loading & unloading of cars very slow.

We are sorry that you had these experiences on your journey. Our E boarding cards are sent out within 24 hours of the sailing but if there are any issues you are able to check in at port with your booking reference number. When booking for 19th June was cancelled no alternative offered or consideration as to cost and availability of an extra nights accommodation
