Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

At the time of your contact we assisted with your situation as best as we could based on the information we had from the resort and the airline. Had you decided to cancel at that time unfortunately you would have lost the total cost of your trip. The update regarding hotel closure only came after your dates had been amended.
