Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Hi Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Clear Health. We apologise that you did not receive your documents within the agreed time frame, this was due to an admin error on the insurers behalf. We asked the insurer for your documents to be sent to you via email as requested, however after investigation we have today found out they were sent to you via post which will take slightly longer to arrive. The insurer has now confirmed that your documents have been sent to you by email to which you have now confirmed receipt of. We would like to apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
