Easy to book. Lots of information and faq's on the site. Easy to see available dates. Would have liked to see the actual early bird savings included in the price breakdown.
I needed to speak to someone, to help with my booking, but couldn't. Consequently, I still need to sort it out, which is annoying.
I found the website confusing.
