We have updated the T-Shirts fabric for 2022 to Organic Cotton - this is a more environmentally friendly alternative to Bamboo Cotton due to the lack of chemical processing involved in the fabric production. Order colour wasn’t what I expected, easy free return and quick exchange, however didn’t know that the replacement was sent until it arrived. So perhaps an update on account would help.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive any email notification when your replacement item was sent - these emails are usually automatically sent via our system when the replacement item is dispatched to you. In some cases these emails can get lost in junk folders, if this was the case you can avoid this problem in future by moving any emails you find there to your inbox or labelling them as not junk. Please do let us know if you experience any more problems with this in future.
