I'm sorry to hear that you received a poor experience with CarFinance247. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service in our sector and we do take negative feedback / complaints very seriously.
I'll be passing this review onto our Sales Director who will talk to the individual sales person that you dealt with to get a further understanding of the issues you faced.
Regarding the warranty, we do have to make sure that the asset that we are financing is protected in-case anything major goes wrong with the vehicle (this covers you and us). What warranty did you purchase as Auto Protect who we deal with offer market leading warranties and have a very good name in the marketplace.
I hope that you'll give us another chance in the future to re-build the trust that we want you to have in our business.
