There are a number of issues that affect the tutorials playing. Many of them are beyond our control, but we have a checklist that we ask viewers to try, but unfortunately we can only advise on playing systems and need information on broadband speeds and operating system versions, but even then it can be broadband playing speeds, WiFi connections etc.
I'm sorry that we have been unable to help on this occasion and with a full refund provided as soon as we became aware we hope to abate your disappointment.

Thank you. We try to keep our tutorials as though they are in real time, showing all the mistakes along the way, which hopefully makes for a better learning experience.
I love the fact as soon as I purchased the course it was straight there on my phone. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will be using them again.
