The service received and delivery cannot be complained about as it was fast and efficient inrespect of order and delovery time - but the product descriptions on-line were misleading.

The telephone staff were very polite and helpful when I ordered the Pea Shingle; however when I complained that the wrong stones had been delivered (grey chipping) they insisted that I had received what I had ordered even though it might not be what I wanted and spoke to me as if I was stupid and it was my fault.
When the 'Pea Shingle' was collected the driver agreed that the stone I had received were chipping and commented that their company do not supply pea shingle which I already knew as I had original tried to order them though this 3rd party supplier!!

How many negatives can I give? Supplied taps in chrome instead of gold. Surely they have someone who can read CHROME on a box? When I 'phoned they eventually said gold were discontinued although...
