Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that a booking error occurred. It is not clear to us which adverts you are referring to as we do not allow third party advertisements on our homepage. It would be great if you could clarify the issue you encountered by emailing us at tell-us-more@breakfreeholidays.co.uk as we are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience on our website. We always try to accommodate booking requests if they fall within the terms of our newspaper promotions. In this case, however, once you had received your booking confirmation our terms state that we are unable to make amendments and that your contract is then with the holiday park concerned. We cannot change bookings at promotional prices once they are forwarded to the holiday park. Therefore, you were advised to contact the holiday park directly.
