We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your feedback. In order to maintain the great value prices offered in our newspaper promotions, BreakFree Holidays has to apply terms to them, which customers sign up to when they book with us. One of these terms is that we are unable to make amendments once you have received your booking confirmation from us. Some holiday parks may be prepared to amend the date of bookings if you contact them directly, however this is entirely at their own discretion, and [park operator] will apply their own procedure on this. We always try to accommodate all customer booking requests although we highlight in our Terms and Conditions that promotional bookings cannot be changed or refunded once booked.
