Turn around of games once posted is awesome, you play it, return it, wait a couple of days and you receive the new game and you repeat the process. Never had issues and always had awesome service.

Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to review our service.
I'm sorry to hear of your frustrations. We will always do our best to get the games out to you as soon as we possibly can.
We always aim to get your next game out to you asap. If you ever do have a wait we award payback points. These points can be used for discounts off purchases, rent bonus games or saved up and used for a free rental month!
As our customers are able to play our games for as long as they like with no late fees or time limits there may be occasions where the games you wish to play aren't immediately available. We display the approximate wait time for each game next to the title in your rental list to use as a guide. If there is a particular game you are interested in you can contact us at any point and we will be more than happy to see what we can do for you!
If you have any questions or we can assist you further in any way please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks, Boomerang
