We're really sorry to hear you felt you received poor service from us.
I've reviewed your account and can see that you have no games in your request list and never rented a game with us.
When you are logged into your account you can add games to your rental request list. When these games are available the system will automatically send them out to you in the order you wish. Once you send a game back to us and we receive it your next one will be sent.
If you don't add games the system is unable to send you anything from an empty list. This is why you might not have received a game during the time you had an account with us.
I've emailed you with this info and would like to offer to give you another free trial so you can experience our service and hopefully enjoy it like many others.
