We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with BoardCloud.At BoardCloud we take pride in our extensive and prompt support and onboarding process. Due to internal challenges with the staff we communicated with for your organization, we were diligent in following up with your associates and respective board members. It is imperative we ensure our customers are able to know how to use our application as well as providing support on any issue that a member of your board may have. In July we were notified of delays due to an issue with Mimecast in which we communicated extensively with your IT staff to resolve this. We provided two training sessions in July as well as completing the onboarding process in early July as we had to wait for the information required from your organization to proceed further. Landbank uses BoardCloud daily and we value them as a client. The only complaint received was not receiving a welcome mail to yourself. Nothing on the side of BoardCloud has been delayed and any milestones have been followed through on our end our communications with the staff at Landbank have been frequent because it is in our best interest to ensure our customers are able to utilize our services as soon as possible. I apologize if you felt that our service was slow however the communication with your organization was frequent and we were attentive in order to get your board active and running. Please remember that without pre-requisite information, we are unable to provide you with a working board tailored to your organization and board members.
