Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

Hi Michael - I'm sorry that you are not completely happy. I can't help with the Etsy situation as I have no control over their payment process - that is their domain, not mine. With regards to your comments that you haven't heard anything from my website, can I ask that you check your spam folder. You will get an automatic email from the system once the order is placed. And another when the order is despatched. I also sent you an email directly on Thursday 21st - immediately after you got in touch via the website. Ok the issue has been resolved quickly and efficiently by babouche . My mistake the confirming e mail had gone to my junk . The head cover has been sent by Royal Mail and is expected on Monday . The payment problem was on the Etsy web site and not the fault of babouche .Thank you David for your efficiency
