As I explaned the price we charge for non-mainland UK (in your case Orkney) is unfortunately the price we are charged by Parcel Force - we're certainly not making any profit on it!
They are our preferred courier and using Royal Mail is not really an option for us. However we are always looking to reduce our postage costs and will continue to review competitor prices.
