thanks for providing us with some feedback on your booking experience. I can certainly see how a difference in price can be frustrating as the packages are identical.
However we do work with a live booking system so prices may vary from day to day. Also in January we had an Early booker offer running with some extra discounts for the start of the year.
I do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you and we hope that you and your family have a brilliant trip to the Alton Towers Resort.
