The staff at the Peterborough branch were very helpful and the information given was excellent. As I am hard of hearing they were very patient and lestened to my needs for home and contents insurance.
It took 18 minutes of my phone time very expensive. Frustrating when the telephonist did not know the answer to my queiries. The final result was negative. Refused to accept our claim.
