On the day your order was due to be processed, the 360g snail pack you ordered was unfortunately not available. An email was sent to you on 17/01/2026 at about 1:30pm to inform you of this and to notify you of the proposed exchange to the 250g pack, but we did not receive a response from you.
To avoid delaying your order, the exchange was processed. Please note that you were only charged for the 250g packs that were sent, and the price difference has already been refunded to your account.
