In regards to the room turndown, it has become common among most hotel chains since the start of the COVID pandemic to only offer this service upon request to minimize the number of times a staff member must enter your room. An incidental hold is also typical and the funds should be released upon check-out. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us.
