Service from 10 out of 10 seemed good but they need new couriers who badly let myself and them down.

Many thanks for the feedback. Looking at this order history I can see you placed the order on 26th around 1pm, order was processed by 1:30, packed by 1:45 and DPD failed to collect all of our parcels until the following day, Friday, then parcel arriving with you on Monday. Hope this didn't cause too much inconvenience.

Gobos delivered - arrived a day later than first advised. not sure if this was the delivery company or 10 out of 10 issue. Glad I'd allowed time for it
Failed ‘next day delivery’ service , they would take no responsibility for this.

Many thanks for the feedback and apologies this didn't quite go according to plan. The Parcel sent via DPD missed the trunking vehicle and a text was sent to you to let you know of the 24 hour delay. We all arranged for a replacement order to be collected from us by one of your colleagues and we refunded the delivery charge and arranged for the return of the delayed parcel. You asked for the entire order to be refunded even though you had used the breakable sugar glass bottles on your shoot?
