We are really sorry that you feel you have been mislead when using our website but we would like to insist on the fact that booking fees are displayed at time of booking before you insert your card details. We have no hidden fees on our website whatsoever. I think there is some confusion as the Face Value of your particular tickets was 57.50 which again was clearly indicated on your order summary. To clarify, we offer 2 types of tickets full price tickets for which we charge a booking fee (which is within the STAR guidelines) and discounted tickets for which you pay substantially less (up to 70%off) than the price you would pay at the theatre (see this page to see the discounts we offer http://www.londonboxoffice.co.uk/cheap-theatre-tickets). We have been working really hard with the producers to take the prices down on some shows but some simply won't discount them so the only option we have is to charge a booking fee.
