Excellent clean hotel, good food, reception a bit frosty all other staff excellent. Unfortunately the free bottle of wine for booking before end of February did not appear nor did the four free drinks

Thank you for your further contact. As stated previously,our CustomerCare teamdid receive your correspondence on the 17th March andthey willrespond to you as soon as possible. We are handling a very high level of bookings at the minute due to the current situation and our Contact Centre and Customer Care teamsare contacting customers who were due to depart on their holidays in April. We will investigate and respond to your complaint as soon as we can; your patience would be greatly appreciated.
