Since so many customers order have been severely delayed with Royal Mail buy up to 10 working days we have been looking into alternative methods to get customers orders to them . We partnered with one of the cab companies to deliver to doorstep on the same day (limited to certain postcodes). Since you're in Belfast we think we can get a replacement to your pretty quickly. HI, we are aware many customers are experiencing dramatic delays on their orders of up to 10 working days. Royal Mail advised us that this was likely to happen at the beginning of April due to the COVID 19 outbreak and distancing measures so we placed a warning in the header of the website for customers so you could be aware of this prior to ordering. Now looking at your order date which was the 20th , could we ask that you allow another 48 hours for it to arrive. If it has not arrived by that time we can look at replacing it for you. We have invested in some additional infrastructure to ensure this doesn't happen again going forward. So if we do end up issuing a replacement we're confident we can get it to you fairly quickly. If it has not arrived by the afternoon of the 30th Could I ask that you contact our admin team on 02895607313 and we can take it from there ? We appreciate your patience in this difficult time and we know it's very frustrating.Most orders have been showing up on day 8 or 9 so it's likely it'll arrive soon but if there is a problem for any reason we'll do everything we can to resolve it for you.
