I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work. The active microbes in Bio Pond Clear require the water temperature to be above 10°C to work effectively. In very hot, sunny weather algae grows at a much faster rate, negating the effects of the product. We recommend re-dosing after 3-4 weeks if there is no visible improvement. Make sure to aerate your pond and keep an eye on your fish, as the product will temporarily reduce oxygen levels while the microbes start to digest organic matter. Sean yougarden ltd
