Each pond is a unique ecosystem in its own right, and that coupled with the fact that Bio Pond Clear is a living biological product means that there are a considerable number of variables that affect how well it works in an individual pond. Sorry to hear that you're not happy with the plants. We do publish all of our plant sizes in centimetres on our website, and advise that the Maxiplug size of plants are grown on for around 4-5 weeks before planting into baskets. We have brand new planting/care instructions if you'd like them? I hope that helps. Will YouGarden Ltd
