The payment was declined by the card issuer for the order in question. This happened after the call was completed as we take payment on dispatch of an order - it was not a mistake on the part of YouGarden. Upon being informed of the card decline, we contacted the customer by email. As yet, no payment has been received for this part of the order. Will YouGarden Ltd
