Sorry to hear that it wasn’t effective in your pond. Each pond is a unique ecosystem in its own right, and that coupled with the fact that Bio Pond Clear is a living biological product means that there are a considerable number of variables that affect how well it works in an individual pond. The results in an individual pond and the length of time to reach a level of clarity do vary. We recommend re-dosing after 3-4 weeks if there is no visible improvement. Sean yougarden ltd

I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work. The active microbes in Bio Pond Clear require the water temperature to be above 10°C to work effectively. In very hot, sunny weather algae grows at a much faster rate, negating the effects of the product. We recommend re-dosing after 3-4 weeks if there is no visible improvement. Make sure to aerate your pond and keep an eye on your fish, as the product will temporarily reduce oxygen levels while the microbes start to digest organic matter. Sean yougarden ltd
