Thanks for your feedback. We are of course disappointed to receive this feedback from you.
We are sorry that you had an issue with an Noli item you purchased from us. It is very unusual. We refunded you in full and said you could keep the leggings that only had a small fault that would not not effect the leggings performance or lifespan.
You were actually unhappy that you couldn't return some other items from the Noli brand that you had worn and removed the tags that were NOT damaged nor defective and for this you were extremely unhappy. Unfortunately we are unable to accept back perfect items where a customer has worn them and/or removed the packaging tags as we cannot offer them for sale again.
We would like to think we offer our customers an outstanding service. We are not rude to any customer. Thankfully our independent reviews from real customers support that fact, as does our winning of the independent GOLD TRUSTED SERVICE AWARD 2019 (and 2018) from Feefo for our customer service. Thank you.
