I paid for 24 hour delivery but didn't get my item until 2 days later. Also had to stay home all day for something that didn't arrive as they cant give any indication of a delivery time as they use...

Unfortunately, the courier encountered an unexpected error when attempting to deliver your order which meant that it was then delayed for a short period.
As a result of this, a refund on your delivery charge was authorised and processed for you on the 19/04/18.

I didn’t give 5 stars because I thought the ENORMOUS box (for a MINUSCULE content) wasn’t eco friendly at all!
I was also disappointed that I could not buy ALL 1st class ONLY or ALL 2nd class ONLY...

I have made sure to pass your comments regarding the amount of packaging used for your order onto our warehouse team so that this can be more appropriately adjusted to suit items in future.
In regards to your feedback on the variety of stamp denominations used in our Presentation Packs, this is unfortunately unable to be adjusted as this is how the Royal Mail have intentionally produced these collectible items.
