I'm disappointed to hear that we have sent you an incorrect garment and apologise for this. We have arranged for a free returns bag and a replacement garment to be sent immediately.
I find woolovers very efficient with orders but it's a shame the return postage puts me off.

Sorry to hear the return postage costs have caused you some concern. We have listened to our customers and we do now offer a pre-paid returns label which is available to purchase when you place your order either on-line or via mail order.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do try to make the colour representations in our catalogues and on our website as close to the original colours as possible. There will, however, on occasions be slight variations in the colours and we have passed your comments to the relevant Department for them to have a look at to see if there are any improvements we could possibly make.
